ABOUT
The marketing director you don’t have to hire full-time.
YAAM Media started as a video-production shop. Over years of working with growing businesses, one pattern kept repeating: the companies that pulled ahead weren’t the ones with the most content — they were the ones with someone senior actually directing marketing. Most couldn’t justify hiring that person full-time.
So YAAM became that person — on a fractional basis.
I’m Kyle Yamanaka.
I run marketing as a function for a small number of growing businesses — the strategist, the creative lead, and the production team most owners would otherwise have to hire four people to cover. I’ve sat in the operator’s seat: setting the direction, making the calls on what’s worth doing, and owning whether it worked.
The video roots still matter — YAAM can produce at a high level in-house. But production now serves the strategy instead of being the whole offer. That’s the difference between a vendor and a marketing director.
If you’re a growing business tired of stitching marketing together, that’s exactly the kind of partner this is built to be.
